I called them up and got someone on the line real quick. Explained my issue, and they set up an appointment pretty fast. The guy that came over knew his stuff. Didn't oversell or overcomplicate things. Quick look and he figured out what was up with my water heater. Amazing! All fixed. Hot water's back. Huge relief.
